Price: £15 per person

Spaces: Limited to 10. Book early to avoid disappointment

Open to: Yurtshire guests and the public

Please arrive 10 minutes before the session begins, it is a steep walk down to the Hideaway.

What to bring:

Comfortable clothing you can move and relax in
A blanket and cushion (if desired for extra comfort)
A bottle of water
An open mind

Give yourself the gift of 90 minutes to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your natural state of wellbeing.
